Check Out Jason Momoa’s Interview From UFC 132

“Bronan the Barbarian” Props to Vince M/ FilmDrunk for the vid (and the joke)

Last month at UFC 132 in Vegas, Goldie did an interview with young actor Jason Momoa between fights. The first season of HBO’s The Game of Thrones had just ended (in which Momoa played Khal Drogo) and promotion for the upcoming Conan the Barbarian was getting underway.

Well, turns out that Momoa is a big UFC fan, and a big Hawaii fan. Definitely a big Conan fan. Also a big fan of getting just a tiny bit twisted and watching some fights. Our kind of guy. Whatever it is that has him so pumped, Momoa was really enthusiastic about pretty much everything that night. The first words out of his mouth set the tone for the whole interview:

Momoa: “Oh man, I’m all messed up right now, man.”

Naw, really?

So our new Conan likes to party a little? Cool with us — Conan is the “work hard, play harder” type. Momoa better kick a whole lot of ass this summer, or Crom will not be pleased. Neither will we, if anyone’s curious.

And here’s the redband trailer for Conan you don’t see thirty times an hour on Spike:

Make sure you check out FilmDrunk’s write up for a rumor about a possible sequel. That must mean that this one will live up to the beloved original, right?
